Here are just a few ideas. Use your imagination, the possibilities are endless!
When you know what you would like to donate, simply fill out a donation form in the church lobby.
Donation forms are outside the church office. Please fill out a form for each item being donated. Retain the ottom copy for your records, and drop the rest in the basket. Donations forms are being accepted now and tangible items can be dropped off in the church the week before the auction.
Gift certificates can be for any amount, large or small. In addition to larger ticket items, we are seeking new, small dollar items for our Grab Bag section. We request that any tangible item being donated from your home have a value of at least $50 and be either new or in mint condition.
We are also actively soliciting donations from area businesses. Please ask Just 1 Question to help support the church!
If every family asked just one of their regular merchants for a donation to support our auction, we would have over 200 additional items to bid on this fall. It is easy to do, and merchants are often happy to support their regular customers. In addition, they receive free promotion for their business at the auction. All you need to do is give them a solicitation letter, available in the church lobby.
