All of our children and youth at CUC must register for RE annually. The registration is a covenant in partnership between parents, children/youth and the CUC community. Registration forms are available in both lobbies.

A form in PDF format may also be printed by clicking registration form. Adobe Reader will present the form in a new window. The form can be printed, or saved to your computer for printing later.
